Filip Kiss began his professional footballing career in 2008, after being promoted from the youth Inter Bratislava. He was immediately transferred to the league's fellow side Petržalka in 2009. He further made his move to Wales joining the Championship club Cardiff City on 21 July 2011, on a season-long loan.
