Felix Uduokhai began playing football with VfB Annaberg 09 and then Erzgebirge Aue before joining the 1860 Munich youth set up in 2008. 

In 2015, Uduokhai was called for the 1860 Munich II. He played 5 games for the reserve team. The following year, he was promoted to the 1860 Munich main team.

Overall, he played 21 matches and scored a goal for Munich before he moved to Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg in 2017. 

With  VfL Wolfsburg, he signed a five-year contract. On 28th August 2019, he was loaned out to  FC Augsburg until the end of the season.

On 4th June 2020, FC Augsburg announced they would sign Uduokhai on a permanent basis for a transfer fee of 9 million euros.

At the international level, Uduokhai represented Germany at U-19, U20, and U21. On 6th November 2020, he received his first call-up for the German senior team.
