Prominence For Copa America  Flashed:  Uruguay Strikes Ahead With 4 goals Over Mexico in  International Friendly Soccer

Uruguay National Team after their defeat in the World Cup 2018 quarter-finals against France is going on for their target to lift the trophy of Copa America 2019 to be held in Brazil.  Their hard and training showed off as the 15 times Copa America Champion  Uruguay made a 4-1 win over Mexico in the International Friendly on Friday.

The clash held at NRG Stadium in Houston on September 8, 2018, plotted the victory after Uruguay National Team's top scorer Luis Suarez scored twice summing up his overall score of 53 for Uruguay.

Despite Mexico's dominance, the opening goal boomed for Uruguay with Jose Maria Gimenez header converting a corner kick into the net in the 22nd minute. The rage of the game splashed with an equalize from Mexico's Raul Jimenez 3 minutes later.

The game again turned face to Uruguay after the Barcelona star Suarez made a precise free-kick into the bottom right corner in the 32nd  minute.  Drawing a penalty in the 41st minute, Suarez took an advantageous lead of 2 goals for Uruguay followed by the victory-sealing header from  Gaston Pereiro in the 59th minute.

 Although the game showed up the dominant 65% possession for Mexico, it ended up with a 4-1 victory for Uruguay.

Uruguay National Team awaits to show up to France on November 21, but before will have to deal up with South Korea and Japan on October 12 and October 16 respectively.
