Paige Mackenzie was born on February 8, 1983, in Yakima, Washington. She is the daughter of Caren and Hugh Mackenzie. She graduated from Eisenhower High School in 2001. During her high school years, she had played like a first-team All-Big-9 selection and was even named the 2000 Girl Golfer of the Year. By the time of her graduation, she had achieved five top-10 finishes in national tournaments and won one championship.
