Marie-Philip Poulin-Nadeau a.k.a. Marie-Philip Poulin is a Canadian ice hockey forward. At the international level, she is serving as captain of the Canadian national team as well as with the PWHPA. She won the gold medal at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver and the 2010 Winter Olympics in Sochi. Previously, she played for the Dawson College Blues and Les Canadiennes de Montreal.

Professional Career of  Marie-Philip Poulin

From an early age, Marie-Philip Poulin has shown great interest in hockey. She played hockey during her high school years. In 2007-08, she played with the Montreal Stars of the Canadian Women’s Hockey League. She made her appearance in only 16 games but managed to lead all rookies by scoring 22 goals and 21 assists.

In January 2008, she was also the recipient of the Montreal Canadians scholarship program. In 2008-09, she performed for the school team and played as an associate with the stars. At the end of the year, she played outstandingly and helped the Stars to win the Clarkson Cup over the Minnesota Whitecaps.

She participated and performed in the 2008 IIHF World Women’s U18 Championship in Calgary and became Canada’s leading scorer. In 2009, she made her debut in the senior hockey team of Canada. Following the collapse of CWHL in May 2019, Poulin joined the ForTheGame movement which led to the creation of the PWHPA.
