Jayson Richard Gowan Werth, best known as Jayson Werth is an American retired baseball outfielder who played in Major League Baseball. During his playing stint, he played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, and Washington Nationals. In the 1997 Major League Baseball draft, he was drafted in the first round by the Baltimore Orioles.
