Jaromir was born on February 15, 1972, in Kladno, the Czech Republic to father Jaromir Jagr and mother Anna Jagrova. He was raised in his birthplace along with his sister Jitka Kallová. Currently, he is 46 years old and his birth sign is Aquarius.
Jagr holds the Czech nationality and belongs to white ethnicity. When he was three years old, he started skating and immediately showed his abilities. When he was 15 years old, he began playing at the highest level of competition in Czechoslovakia for HC Kladno.
