Real Madrid is believed to have struggled to fill the void created with the departure of the Portuguese. However, Los Blancos have no bitterness in his move to Italy despite knowing the fact that no one could replace the goalscoring record of the former Manchester United man. As per some reports, Real Madrid have shown their desire to invite their legend  Ronaldo with his current team Juventus for the 2019 Bernabeu Trophy.

Real Madrid have been following this tradition from the very past. They invited their former star Raul Gonzalez with his team Al-Sadd in 2013 with another star player Hugo Sanchez came to Bernabeu as the coach of Pumas.

Real Madrid former Iker Casillas was called both the times in 2017 and 2018. However, he was unable to come due to the busy schedule of Porto.

Despite the cold relationship between Ronaldo and the club's president Fiorentino Perez, the European Champions have shown their desire to honor their one of the all-time greats.
