Portugal 1-0 Morocco: Another Game, another Goal, another Record for Ronaldo Soccer

Portugal and Morocco faced each other in the Group B second-round game in the FIFA World Cup 2018. Cristiano Ronaldo continued his goal-scoring streak netting the early goal with a header. He had scored a hattrick against Spain in the first game.

The record-breaker Ronaldo has broken yet another record. The leading goal scorer of the current World Cup with 4, he has suppressed Ferenc Puskas record of all time leading goals scored. Scoring a hattrick against 2010 Champions, he had previously leveled Puskas' 84 goals and has now 85 in his name.

The Portuguese Captain had made another record previously against Spain. Scoring the early goal from the spot kick, he became the only player to score goals in every major FIFA tournaments he played taking it to 8 competitions (Euro- 2004,2008,2012, 2016 and World Cup-2006, 2010, 2014, 2018).

The Real Madrid star is the second highest scorer in the international competition only behind Iran's Ali Daei who has 108 goals in his name which seems practically impossible.

However, we have to accept the fact that everything is possible if there is Cristiano Ronaldo.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo seemingly has another record in his name on the same day. He is the only player goals with his right foot, left foot and header in World Cup since Jose Torres did in 1966.
