Paco Alcacer is a Spanish professional football player who currently plays for German Club Borussia Dortmund on a loan from Barcelona. He plays the position of striker in the game and is a very talented player.

Alcacer has played for under-19 Spain's national team and has won the European Championship twice with the team. In the senior league, he made his international debut in 2014.

Paco Alcacer Early Life

Paco Alcacer was born on 30 August 1993 in Torrent, Spain as Francisco Alcacer Garcia to parents Inma Garcia and Paco Alcacer. As a youth, he was part of Valencia's youth system where he honed his skills in football. His senior debut came in 2009-2010 season at the age of 16. His father died on 12 August 2011, at the age of 44 suffering from a heart attack while he was returning from one of Alcacer's game.

Paco Alcacer Professional Life

Paco Alcacer was loaned from Valencia CF to Getafe in the 2012-2013 season. His first official game with the team was against Deportivo La Coruna where he played 20 minutes in an eventual 1-1 away draw. Completing his time with Getafe, he returned to Valencia and scored the first goal for his parent club on October in the 2013-2014 UEFA Europa League campaign.

Alcacer's first league goal for Valencia came on 25 January 2014 against Espanyol which ended in a 2-2 home draw. He grabbed another goal the following match scoring the match-winning goal at the Camp Nou against Barcelona in a 3-2 victory. Alcacer was able to score the first hat-trick of his professional career on 10 April 2014.

Paco Alcacer extended his contract with Valencia in January of 2015 until 2020 and his buy-out clause had been raised to €80 million. The year, Alcacer and Daniel Paerjo, his teammate had been showing outstanding performance. Valencia manager Gary Neville stripped off Alcacer Captaincy and handed it over to Parejo.

Alcacer signed a five-year deal with Barcelona for €30 million on 30 August 2016. On the day of his signing, Munir El Haddadi who was the team's fourth-choice forward behind Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Luis Suarez, was loaned to Valencia for a season-long loan. His debut with the team was on 10 September against Alaves which ended up in a 1-2 home loss.

Alcacer was transferred to Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund on a season-long loan on 28 August 2018 with an option to buy for €30 million at the end of the season. His debut with the team was on 14 September against Eintracht Frankfurt where he replaced Maximilian Philipp midway. The game ended in a 3-1 victory for the hosts with Alcacer scoring the final goal.

Paco Alcacer is currently in a relationship with Beatriz Viana Lopez. The two have been together since 2013 but it is not known if the couple is married or not. He does have a daughter named Martina of his relationship with Beatriz.

Alcacer net worth at present is under review. His market value as a player is at €15 million. From his signing contract to Barcelona he should be earning €6 million annually that is without adding any bonus.
