The 32-years old footballer Lucas Biglia began his football career as defensive midfielder joining youth team of Argentinos Junior U-20. After being promoted from the youth team of Argentinos, he signed his first professional contract began playing in a senior team.

Biglia's first professional match came on 1st July 2004, against Talleres in a 2-1 victory. Following his first season, he played fifteen games scoring one goal over Huracan on November 28, 2004. He played in 17 matches scoring one goal with his team Juniors and left the club in 2005.

Biglia was transferred to an Argentine professional sports club, Atletico Independiente on 1st July 2005 for an undisclosed fee following his performance at South American U20 Championship.
