Kristi Toliver was born to parents George Toliver and Peggy Toliver on January 27, 1987, in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Kristi holds dual nationality American and Slovakian and belongs to the mixed ethnic group.
Toliver began her high school career with the Harrisonburg High School and completed her graduation from there in 2005. After that, she joined the University of Maryland, and she led to the victory of her team against Duke.
