John Christian Galliquio Castro or simply known as John Galliquio is a retired Peru national football player who still plays the club football as a center back for Peru professional club, Serrato Pacasmayo.
He has also played for Mexican football club, Mexican football club, Cruz Azul Hidalgo, Argentinian football club, Racing Club and Romanian football club, FC Dinamo Bucuresti previously.
Galliquio made his senior international debut for Peru in 2003 and played at the Copa America 2007.
John Galliquio holds a Peruvian nationality. He was born to Peruvian parents on January 12, 1979, in Pisco, Peru.
He started his playing career with Peru football club, Deportivo Radioloros in 1994 and went for several Peru football clubs in their youth ranks.

After his playing stint with the Mexican club, he joined the Argentina football club, Racing for 2003/04.
He later went to play for several football clubs such as Sporting Cristal, Universidad San Martin, Leon de Huanco and FBC Melgar. He was the part of the Sporting Cristal team that went on the win the Peruvian Primera Division in 2005
The defender also played for Romanian professional football club, FC Dinamo Bucuresti during 2007/08.
He is currently playing for Peru football club, Serrato Pacasmayo with whom he signed in 2018.
He made his debut for Peru National Team in 2003 and scored his first and only international goal for Peru against Chile in a friendly match on 21 March 2012.
Galliquio retired from international football in 2012 during which he made 41 appearances.
He played alongside goalkeeper, Leao Butron, defender, Alberto Junior Rodriguez and striker, Paolo Guerrero at the Copa America 2007 in Venezuela.
Currently 39, he stands at a height of 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 86 kg. He was previously married to Karlha Gomez and has two daughters with his former wife.
He got into trouble when his ex-wife accused him of physical and psychological abuse when she stated the player tried to drown her at sea during a heated verbal argument between the now separated couple on March 22.
The complaint was filed to Pisco Police Station by Karlha Gomez.
