Jairzinho Rozenstruik knocks Allen Crowder out in 9 seconds; Second-fastest KO in UFC heavyweight history MMA

Walked into the Octagon as hometown favorite, Allen Crowder had no idea what is coming up for him. He got knocked out by the rising heavyweight prospect Jairzinho Rozenstruik at UFC on ESPN+ 12 from inside Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.

Jairzinho stopped Allen at just 0:09 mark of the initial frame and picked up the second-fasted KI in the UFC Heavyweight history.

“I just did it, and I’m glad. They say hard work pays off, and that is all.”

Rozenstruik said from the Octagon after his impressive win.

Jairzinho Rozenstruik has emerged as one of the serious prospects in the heavyweight division as he has already won his two opening matches both via TKO. He knocked out Júnior Albini in his debut match in the second round at Fight Night 144 in February.

With the loss, Allen has dropped to his octagon record of 1-2 with his only win coming against Greg Hardy.

The record for the fastest octagon knockout remains intact with a seven-second stoppage for Todd Duffee over Tim Hague at UFC 102.
