Henry Cejudo names himself the new king of the flyweight and bantamweight divisions: ‘It’s the Cejudoweight division’ MMA

After the downfall of T.J. Dillashaw, the UFC flyweight champion Henry Cejudo believes he is the new ruler of the flyweight and bantamweight divisions.

In an interview with ESPN’s Ariel Helwani,  ‘The Messenger’ jokingly said that UFC should create a new weight class in his honor- ‘the Cejudoweight division.’

“I’m the biggest name now. I hold all the cards. It ain’t the flyweight division or the bantamweight division it’s the Cejudoweight division. So I will just wait and see what the UFC has planned for the Cejudoweight division.”

Cejudo told.

Dillashaw, after being tested positive of using PEDs, gave up his Bantamweight title and the division is without a titleholder now. Cejudo might compete for the vacant title moving up the weight class.

TJ was found using banned substance during his bout against Cejudo but details about what he used haven't been revealed yet. He lost the bout via TKO in the first round. He was handed 1-year suspension by the New York State Athletic Commission (NYSAC).
