Fagner Conserva Lemos was born on June 11, 1989, in Sao Paulo, Brazil to a Brazilian parent. Lemos holds a Brazilian nationality.
At the age of nine, Fagner Conserva Lemos took his first step in the world of football by joining youth team’s Corinthians in 1998. After a couple of years, he was promoted to the senior team in 2006. After seven games with the club, he was loaned to Vitoria in 2007.

After a season, Lemos was permanently signed by Corinthians in 2015 and he currently plays a right back.
Fagner Conserva Lemos represented his team in Brazil U-20 on "South American Youth Championship" in 2007. Later, he joined the Brazil national football team in 2016. So far he appeared in three games.
