Dana White reveals there's been no talks for Nate Diaz-Jorge Masvidal bout MMA

Nate Diaz defeated Anthony Pettis at UFC 241 at Honda Center in Anaheim, California and called out Jorge Masvidal after his dominant win. Masvidal, who was on the ringside watched Nate calling out him and later confirmed that there have been negotiations going on to make the fight happen.

“We’re ready for this fight, man. We’re ready. We’re just negotiating now, and let’s give the fans a fight that they want to see. Two dogs, locked in the cage, going for the jugular.”

Masvidal said when asked by the reporters.

However, UFC president Dana White later denied about the negotiations and said neither of the fighters has talked about the bout.

“Why, did I say I was doing Diaz and Masvidal on Saturday?” White asked reporters on Tuesday night.

“Well, they asked me, and I said, ‘Who doesn’t want to see that fight?’ But no, no progress.”

Nate-Masvidal could be a huge welterweight bout- even bigger than the championship bout between Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington which is expected to happen at the end of the year. Nate is one of the most popular and loved UFC star currently while Masvidal stunned the world knocking out Ben Askren in just 5 seconds of the game.

MMA fans could probably be expecting the fight to be announced as soon as possible.

Who do you think will win? Nate Diaz or Jorge Masvidal.
