Conor McGregor could possibly fight Jose Aldo, Tony Ferguson over Khabib Nurmagomedov MMA

Conor McGregor recently hinted that he could have a rematch with Jose Aldo or fight Tony Ferguson instead of waiting for the bout against the lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. The Irishman hasn't fought since he lost the title to Khabib at UFC 229 last October.

Some months after his loss, he also announced his retirement from the MMA but he recently revealed that he still wants to fight and will soon make his octagon return.

Nurmagomedov is scheduled to fight Dustin Poirier in September at UFC 242 and McGregor revealed that he will not be waiting for a rematch against the Eagle.

“I’m not going to wait around. If Dustin goes in and does it [beats Nurmagomedov] then it’s Dustin, it could be Nate, Jorge [Masvidal], I don’t know what size."

Conor said.

“I don’t know what Dana’s talking about with size and all that. I don’t know Jorge that well, I just saw the last two. Anyone, Tony Ferguson, Justin Gaethje, Hollaway rematch, Aldo rematch, there’s so many bouts for me, so many,” he continued.

“It doesn’t matter about who, it just matters me getting back in there and being who I am, not a shell of myself.”

McGregor has also been linked with a rematch against Jose Aldo, who he famously defeated in 13 seconds back at UFC 194 in 2015.
