Early Life of Cesaro

Cesaro was born as Claudio Castagnoli on 27 December 1980, and this makes his age 40 years at this time. He is Swiss by nationality. His ethnicity is unknown this time. His zodiac sign is Capricorn. 

At his 12, he lost his mother. He recalled the moment and said, “I was swinging my sister around in circles by her ankles, and my mother was sitting nearby when a beach ball came out of nowhere, much like an RKO, hitting her on the head and causing her to choke on the Swiss chocolate she was eating.”

Cesaro was raised in Lucerne, Switzerland. During his childhood, he played tennis, soccer, and basketball and that sports he still follows today. Later on, he developed his interest in professional wrestling and started training and competing in wrestling.

Cesaro's Professional Career

Cesaro got his initial training in his homeland in Switzerland. He was trained by Swiss wrestler SigMasta Rappo. On Dec 24, 2000, he made his debut in Essen, Germany. While performing in England, he was trained by Dave Taylor.

In September 2011, he agreed to a contract with WWE and started his career as a wrestler in Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) under the ring name Antonio Cesaro. He made his debut in a loss to The Miz. His first win in WWE was against Mike Dalton.

Cesaro is a proficient tag team wrestler, winning twice as ROH World Tag Team Champion with his partner Chris Hero as The Kings of Wrestling. Within WWE, he is a six-time tag team champion, including holding the WWE (Raw) Tag Team Championship a record five times, sharing one reign with Tyson Kidd as part of their team, four reigns with Sheamus whilst coupling with him, and current reign as SmackDown Tag Team Champion.

Not only this, but he has also won numerous independent tag team titles both with Hero and with Ares as Swiss Money Holding, such as the JCW Tag Team Championship, the CZW World Tag Team Championship, and the Chikara Campeonatos de Parejas. As a singles wrestler, he has won the WWE's United States Championship and the inaugural André the Giant Memorial Trophy at WrestleMania XXX. 

As a member of the 2018 WWE Superstar Shake-up, Cesaro and Sheamus were traded to SmackDown. Despite the trade, the duo still had a chance to acquire the Raw Tag Team Championship as they faced Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy at the Greatest Royal Rumble in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia but failed to win the titles.
