A controversial referee decision draw in a close fight doesn't seal the case, neither does a splits decision victory. Despite being scheduled near a year later or so, these two boxing superstars would receive a decisive answer to the question; Is the unified middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin with a pro-record of 38 wins, 0 losses, and a draw with Canelo Alvarez a better fighter than his opponent Alvarez who is at a pro record of 49 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses or Alvarez shots Tripple G and hands GGG his first ever loss.

After their close split decision settlement back in 2017, Alvarez and GGG targeted to fight in May. However, after Canelo tested positive, as per reported the fighter was positive because of the beef he ate while in Mexico, the fight was postponed and now HBO will once again highlight the most anticipated Canelo Vs.
