Abdul Razak Alhassan was born on August 11, 1985, in Accra, Ghana. Razak grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, United and started practicing Judo from his childhood.

The Ghanaian mixed martial artist performed in Xtreme Knockout 20, where he fought against Kolby Adams and Win the match held on 23-Nov-13 via TKO (punches) in round 1. Correspondingly, he at Bellator 111 fought against Matt Jones, won the match held on 7-Mar-14 via TKO (punches) in round 1.

Additionally, on 28-Feb-15, he fought against Matt McKeon at Rocks Xtreme MMA 12 and won the match via TKO (punches) in round 1. In another equally important match with Bellator 143, he fought against Bryce Shepard-Mejia, won the match held on 25-Sep-15 via KO (punch) in round 1.

Later in his next match, on 13-Aug-16, he fought against Ken Jackson at Rage in the Cage 47: Night of Champions and won the match via TKO (punches) in round 1. In the following event, with Legacy FC 61, he fought against Jos Eichelberger, won the match held on 14-Oct-16 via TKO (punches) in round 1.

In one of the most remembered bouts, on 19-Nov-16, he fought against Charlie Ward at UFC Fight Night: Mousasi vs. Hall 2 and won the match via KO (punch) in round 1.
