Diallo was born on 30 March 1992, in Reims, France. His nationality is Senegalese/French and ethnicity Afro-American. He stands 6 feet 2 inches tall in height.
As a youth, Diallo played for AS Francaise during 1999, after that he played for SC Tinqueux during 1999-2002.
Diallo began his career in football playing for his hometown club Stade Reims. In 2004, Diallo was selected to attend the Clairefontaine academy where he spent three years. He spent his weekday's training at the academy under facility training and playing for Reims on the weekend.
Diallo accepted the proposal to join the nationally recognized youth academy of State Rennais, prior to leaving the Clairefontaine.

Rennais finished in the 4th place position. The 2008-2009 season earned Diallo a place in the club’s Coupe Gambardella team. Diallo appeared in three matches and conceded four goals. He suffered elimination in the round of 16 losing to Le Havre.
For the 2009-10 season, Diallo was promoted to the club’s Championnat de France amateur team. Diallo made his career debut on August 15, 2009, earning a clean sheet in the team’s 2-0 victory over US Senart-Moissy. Diallo appeared in four matches before joining the senior team.
Diallo appeared on the bench against the Le Mans with Rennais earning a 2-1 victory. He was named the starting goalkeeper for the club’s league match against Lyon the following week. He started the match and played the entire 90 minutes making spectacular saves, in a 1-1 draw.
On April 18, 2010, Diallo signed his first professional three-year deal contract with Rennais.
From 2014 to 2016, Diallo played as a Loan transfer for Le Havre. He then played for Caykur Rizespor as a loan from 20116-2017. On May 2018, Diallo was named in Senegal’s 23 man squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
