Ed Kelce is the proud father of NFL stars Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce. Ed initially worked as a sales representative in the steel business, raising his two kids in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Ed Kelce and Donna tied the knot in the late '70s. After five years of marriage, they welcomed their first child named Jason. Less than two years later, they became a family of four with the addition of Travis Kelce in 1989. The Kelce couple raised their kids in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

Ed's children went to the University of Cincinnati, where both of them played college football. After being together for over 25 years, Ed and Donna ended their marriage after choosing to go on their own paths. They divorced following their son's college graduation.

Ed Kelce's illness was revealed on his sons' hit podcast, New Heights. In the podcast, the NFL star opened up about why his father was not able to pursue a military career. Ed grew up in a significant military presence. So, he was also interested in serving his country.

All of his family members were in the service. However, Ed was not able to join the army due to a pre-existing knee injury. It is reported that he had an old high school football injury. Despite being rejected from joining the army, Ed was advised to try the Coast Guard. Ed even went to the boot camp, but he couldn't continue as he discovered he had Crohn's disease. 

After that, Kelce went on to have a very successful career in the steel industry.

Ed and Donna were at Super Bowl 57 as their two sons squared off against each other. Travis is a Kansas City Chiefs tight end, while Jason is the Philadelphia Eagles center. In Super Bowl history, the Kelce brothers became the first to play against each other.

Travis Kelce went home with the Lombardi Trophy, as his team won 38-35. In the historical moment, their parents were also presented the cheer their sons up. However, the former couple, Ed and Donna, grabbed people's eyes as they sat separately in the State Farm Stadium.

Ed and Donna were extended invitations to sit in Roger Goodell's box for Super Bowl 5, but only Donna took the offer. So, both of them enjoyed seeing their two sons in a Super Bowl game.

Donna is an experienced figure who has served in the banking sector for over 30 years. She worked for Mastercard before serving at a local bank in Cleveland. Furthermore, Donna gained widespread recognition on several occasions, the most significant of which was in January when she watched her sons' Wild Card playoff games.

Ed's ex-partner traveled over 1,200 miles to watch Travis play against the Pittsburgh Steelers after watching Jason's Eagles game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Not only that, but she also attended a post-game news meeting after the second match.
