Due to her terrific performance, TISS bagged three consecutive Ontario ‘AA’ high school senior basketball championships in 1994, 1995 & 1996. Upon graduation, she joined the University of Oklahoma. She played at Oklahoma from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, she was the first player of Oklahoma who records 1700 points, 600 rebounds, and 700 assists. During her senior year, she led her to the team to NCAA championship game where they lost to Connecticut.

Stacey Dales started her professional career in 2002 with Washington Mystics. When she was playing with Washington, she diagnosed with Raynaud’s phenomenon in her hands. In 2004, she announced a retirement. After a one-year of retirement, she went to play with Chicago Sky. However, she unable to show her talents due to constant injuries. On April 5, 2008, she took a retirement from the WNBA for the second time.
