Kenneth Arlington Morrow a.k.a. Ken Morrow is a retired ice hockey defenseman who played his entire NHL career for New York Islanders since his NHL draft in 1979 until 1989. Currently, he stands as the New York Islanders' director of pro scouting. Also a member of the United States Hockey Hall of Fame, Morrow played 550 regular-season games in the NHL between 1980 and 1989.

In 1976, Ken Morrow landed his steps at NHL. He started his career with New York Islanders. In 1980, he helped his team to win the Stanley Cup. He was the first player who won Olympic gold and an NHL Championship in the same season. During 1980-83, he went through with arthroscopic surgeries. Eventually, due to continuing knee problems, he was forced to retire from his professional career. Numerous awards have honored him for his achievements.
