Cecilio Andre Dominguez Ruiz is a Paraguayan professional footballer who was born on 11 August, 1994 in Asuncion, Paraguay. He has played as a forward for Mexican club America and the Paraguay National team. He currently plays in the America club of Mexico, which is the part of the MX league.
